“I’ve only been working out with this crew for the last 4 weeks, but already I’ve noticed a difference. I’ve come from some pretty serious training sessions in the past and I must admit, with trying out a few gyms between Mullingar to Maynooth, this has to be the toughest classes yet. They are really great. Love to hate them – but really do love them. “Well I am not normally one to post . But just to say I recently became a first time mum by c section and after a good few months was at a loss what to do about my weight gain and then one of you lovely ladies suggested iron worx strength and nutrition in Enfield. Well when I investigated it looked scary. But then I went in the door and that’s when it changed. I explained I was sluggish , no energy and sick of picking out what leggings I am going to wear as that’s all that fit. Also I wanted to be healthy for my boy and get out of this funky.
Well 4 weeks later I can honestly say life has changed for the better so much .

Siobhan and Mark are a great team.Siobhan did not through me in at the deep end but built me up and said I could do it. Gave me a nutrition plan ( I am not always great ) . I am never hungry and I love the classes.
IT IS Not like a gym . It is focused Fun, yes tuff when you start . But I love it and it shows.
In 3.5 weeks I lost four inches of my waist 2 inches of my hips . I.5 inches of each thigh. I fit into jeans and actually starting to feel good again.
All I can say if your like I did please just pop in and see.
